Service Agreements

Scheduling and Appointments

• Service appointments must be scheduled in advance
• We offer same-day service for emergency situations when available
• Customers must provide accurate contact information and property details
• 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations

Service Performance

• We will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner
• Services will be performed using EPA-approved products and methods
• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe
• Additional treatments may be necessary depending on infestation severity

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to treatment areas
• Remove or cover food, dishes, and personal items as directed
• Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
• Notify us of any health conditions or allergies
• Keep pets and children away from treated areas as directed
• Report any concerns or issues promptly

Warranties and Guarantees

• We guarantee our work for the period specified in your service agreement
• Warranty coverage requires compliance with all service recommendations
• Warranty does not cover new infestations or different pest species
• Environmental factors beyond our control may affect treatment results

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for damage due to customer negligence
• Claims must be reported within 30 days of service

Safety and Health

• All products used are EPA-approved and applied according to label directions
• Material Safety Data Sheets are available upon request
• Customers with health concerns should consult their physician
• We follow all applicable safety regulations and industry standards

Cancellation Policy

• Services may be cancelled with 24-hour notice without penalty
• Same-day cancellations may incur a service charge
• Recurring service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
